C³ offers 2 Private Room, Sex Swing  1 Open Room, Main orgy Room. 2 bathrooms with bidets. Our outdoor area consist of a fire pit, propane heater, lounge and in ground swimming pool. Sinfully delightful video play list and music. A great sexy vibe atmosphere.

Food will be provided as well as mixers and snacks. Pool will be available dependent on weather. Please bring your own towel, flipflops, camping chairs, alcohol, and/or cannabis.

All guest that have never attended one of our parties must complete a vetting prior to attendance.
