We have teamed up with Lusty Sinsations this year to host our Annual Halloween event

When: Saturday Oct 25th, 2025
Where: Fairfax / Reston Area VA,
Upscale home in Fairfax / Reston home– Exact location, rules, etc. will be announced
approximately 24-72 hrs. before event.

Theme: Sexy Halloween costumes anything goes but lighthearted fun, tongue in cheek, sexy, classy. Dress up to Dress down
Halloween Costumes are NOT Required but Encouraged!

Never been to a DMV Shenanigans parties?

This is a BYOB Event with a DJ, Dance Floor, Sexy lounge vibes and a playful environment with private and group playrooms. We provide some finger food and mixers.
One of our main goals for any of our parties is to provide couples, who enjoy Living Sexy, with a fun, erotic, sensual, classy, sexy and non judgmental environment in which they can expand their circle of friends & meet people from all walks of life. We are always open to your recommendations of couples you would like us to invite as what better reference than one from our members!

This is a house party with plenty of parking spaces and we have valet parking too. The house is in an upscale neighborhood so please respect the residence as if it were their own. Strictly no loitering around the neighborhood.

Main Party Area – This area will have a DJ, dancing area, decorations that will amaze & dazzle you
Bar Area (BYOB) with bartenders that work for tips.
Lounge Area – This area will be set up in several more intimate & sensual areas allowing you to get to know others in a more private manner away from the main party.
