On Saturday, December 13th in Goose Creek, SC, Santa’s stopping by to blow off steam and he’s not bringing toys—he’s bringing Mrs. Claus to get her jollies. Our Christmas DTF house party kicks off at 7:30 PM and runs until midnight. Park your sleigh before 8:00 PM so we can mingle, share the rules, and get everyone ready to unwrap more than just presents.

The theme? Naughty holiday indulgence. Gents, show off in Christmas boxers or a cheeky holiday tee. Ladies, bring the heat with that scandalous lingerie set you’ve been hiding from the in-laws. And if clothes feel like too much work, don’t worry—bare skin looks great under twinkling lights.

The house is decked out with multiple beds and more than enough play space to make even Rudolf's red nose blink. We’re capping the list at 25 couples, because cozy chaos is always better than a crowded North Pole, well pole anyway.

New to our parties? If you’re seasoned enough to handle a fast-paced, no-holds-barred evening where beds stay busy and privacy is scarce, then this is your playground. Tell us a little about your past adventures when requesting—MMF, FFM, group play—and open your photos if you haven’t already. We’ll happily return the favor. No means no, always ask, and remember that condoms are a choice...bring them if you want them, skip them if you don’t.

Cost of admission? NONE. Just BYOB and whatever personal gear you need to “Jingle” the night away. If you’re feeling festive, bring an appetizer to share—our guests never turn down snacks between rounds of fun. Ice and fridge space will be waiting for your drinks.

One week before the party, Santa’s naughty helper will send out directions to our winter wonderland. Until then, polish your jingle bells, loosen your stockings, and get ready for a Christmas party hotter than Mrs. Claus after two spiked eggnogs.
