Come join us for the October Ladies Meet & Greet!

This event is open to all female and female-identified individuals.

This Month’s Topic: YOGA ??

Join us for a calming Vinyasa Slow Flow designed to connect breath, body, and mind. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle in and center yourself before moving into a gentle, flowing sequence of postures. This class emphasizes mindful movement, slower transitions, and breath awareness. Perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice at a steady pace.

Our practice will focus on self-love and cultivating openness through heart- and hip-opening postures. We’ll close with a meditation to leave you grounded and refreshed.

What to Expect:

Guided meditation at the beginning and end
Heart- and hip-opening sequences to support self-love and release tension
A series of slow, flowing postures linked with breath
Opportunities to stretch, strengthen, and build balance at a mindful pace
An inclusive, welcoming space for all levels

What to Bring/Know:

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in
If you have your own yoga mat and blocks, feel free to bring them; we also have mats available to borrow.
This is a pot luck, please bring food or drink to share

Connection Among Women

Come join us at the club and get to know each other without the guys around! There are many issues that come up in this crazy lifestyle and it would be great if we can get to know each other better and talk about any issues we may have, or things that we would like to see. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, give advice and just hang out with all the amazing ladies. We want to build a strong fierce community of bad ass women. Possible topics:
