We are putting this event on sale much earlier than most of our events as it's a destination event and we realize some of you will need to put in time off from work.

If we have rooms still available beginning February 14th, we will open the option for two night (Friday & Saturday) stays.

**Cancellation Policy**

$50 cancellation fee before February 14th. The balance refunded to your original form of payment.

50% refunded to your original form of payment February 14th - May 14th.

All sales are FINAL May 14th.


There will be upgrade packages available for other room types.

This hotel will be COMPLETELY remodeled from the ground up through all 9 stories before our event. We will be one of the first groups after the remodel. The property is already SPECTACULAR so we are REALLY excited to see all the upgrades. AND... the elevators are SUPER FAST!!
