We have a wonderful fenced in patio with 2 hot tubs. Come enjoy it with us! Smoking allowed only on patio or outside. Sign up on SLS before 4:00pm Saturday (and attend the party) and be eligible to win one of two parties given away at that event. Drawing held by 10:30pm. Good food and mixers provided. BYOB. You may bring a small cooler. We have 4 private themed rooms for play, large public meet greet and dance studio with pole, the voyeurs and exhibitionist loft with swing and group areas (glory hole and sybian also), the enclosed patio (heated in the winter & cooled in the summer) has 2 hot tubs, and a swimming pool (seasonal) with: THE BEST PEOPLE TO PARTY WITH! Special prizes for best theme outfit! Attention: The Tin Boxxx is now non-smoking!! All smokers, dont panic! You can still smoke on the patio, and we have added more tables and chairs, air conditioned or heated, as needed.
