Join us for this belated Valentine's dance. Because of the new hotel, we could not secure the same dates for 2026. Hotel information will be given out once you buy your ticket. It is in an upscale hotel on the southside of Richmond.

For couples getting a Friday night, please book the room through us. If you don't, you will have to move rooms on Saturday. Don't even come to us and ask if you can keep your room. It is beyond our control. You have 3 days before that Friday to book it to avoid having to transfer rooms on Satruday.

Theme and Dress:

Ladies: Glamorous evening gowns in red with sparkly jewelry.

Gentlemen: Black tie attire—tuxedos, suits, or nice dress shirts with red or violet accents, such as ties, pocket squares, or cufflinks.

3:00 pm - Early hotel check-in if available
7:00 pm till 9:00 pm Meet and Greet in the Main Bar
7:00 pm till 8:30 pm Early Registration Outside Lobby near the Main Bar.
7:30 pm till 8:30 pm New couples Seminar ( Place to be determined; check with registration; see note above)
9:00 pm till 10:30 Registration outside the Ballroom (No admittance after 10:30 pm Whatsoever)
9:00 pm till 10:30, Free Portrait of you for you at the photo booth.
9:00 pm till 12:00 pm Ballroom Dance w/ Cash Bar
12:15 pm till ??? Lingerie Blacklight floor crawl 2nd Floor BYOB, Pizza, and non-alcoholic drinks provided.
